She immediately greeted us and patiently assisted me in investing in such an exciting/celebratory moment (purchasing my first bracelet and charm as a celebration of an achievement). My sister and I were buying a belated birthday gift for our mom. We were trying to add a charm to her charm bracelet and the salesperson Elizabeth M was super helpful! She let my sister and I know that adding spacers to a charm bracelet could help us keep the charms from getting mixed up and her knowledge about bracelet charms helped us pick out the best charm for our mom. We are grateful for Elizabeth's help.
