Angel was very thorough and took his time to make sure we were happy. He explained to me about the authentic charms. He also told us about the sale.

This was my very first time coming to Pandora. I felt welcomed when I came in the store. My sales person was knowledgeable as very kind.

Had the items I wanted and I was able to order before I got to the store. When I got to the store I was shown the items and how they work. Some were for gifts and they were nicely wrapped.

The customer service was amazing! I was trying on rings for quite some time but Brittany was kind enough to help us the entire time. I wish there was more of a gold selection though.
