First off the employees who work at this location are exceptional. I always appreciate the friendliness, speed, and knowledge that the employees have. The store is always clean and I often see the employees cleaning while I am in the store which is nice to see and makes me feel safe and comfortable in the store. I love the selection of charms but I am hoping to see more Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars charms. Thank you for always giving the best possible customer service, Arden Fair is the only location I will shop at because of this.

Merritt was the one who helped me and she was absolutely fantastic! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made some suggestions that I loved so I purchased them! Breann was also very sweet and helpful. Both Merritt and Breann are very knowledgeable and very good sales people. The store was very clean and I appreciated seeing them cleaning while I was visiting. Thank you again for such an amazing experience, I can’t wait to come back!!!

The sales associate Merritt was very friendly and gave me the best shopping experience. She was super knowledgeable and helped me build the prettiest bracelet! I will be coming back solely to shop with her. She is absolutely amazing! The store was very clean and the displays looked very pretty. All the other associates working were pleasant as well all of them greeted me. I overall felt very welcomed and throughly enjoyed my shopping experience!

I was able to complete Mothers Day shopping efficiently and safely. Jennifer was pleasanr and helpful. And now I have a theme for future gifts for my mother and mother-in-law.

I walked in with my family and was greeted right away. I knew I wanted a charm bracelet from here, and luckily I was able to find one that that was perfect for me. During this trip, I even purchased a charm for my daughter as well. We got exactly what we were looking for and the salesperson was really patient and helpful. We even got a free bangle!
