Let me just give a shoutout to my girl, V! I bought my ring just yesterday at Arden Fair Mall along with a friend. I definitely don’t regret it because this is the ring that I’ve been wanting for the longest time now and I finally got it!! I’m one happy gal! :)

I was so thankful I got to try on on the size of my ring and when I didn’t fit I was able to get my true size. The staff was so friendly and kind.

Even though I had to shop through the catalog because of the pandemic I’m satisfied with my experience and the professionalism of the staff at the Arden Pandora store in Sacramento California

Staff was AMAZING super accommodating

The store was already closed and the associate asked if we knew what we wanted and instead of asking us to leave she let’s us inside.

First of all the store is beautiful. When I came in, I noticed the safety precautions being used, and it made me feel safe to be inside with my son who was born premature. Anyhow, the customer service was great. I am very indecisive and it takes me a while to make purchases. My sales rep was very professional and patient and she also made great suggestions and even helped me to decide to open an account so that I can remember to spoil myself every now and then. I enjoyed my FIRST visit and will definitely be back.

In pandora I love finding bracelets, charms, and rings that go with my personality. another reason why I love this store is because they help me like if I was family. Lastly is that pandora is very modern and have a very clean store.

I like pandora became I can style my bracelet with any charm I want. Also because I can use my card. Plus they give you a chance to make payment. Also they don’t rush me to pick out what you want.

Everyone makes you feel welcome and appreciated.They are very attentive and knowledgeable about the products. The clerks are all patient and accommodating. They make sure to understand your wants and needs them assist and provide.
