The lady that helped me, Merritt, was amazing!! She was so patient with me, I did not feel rushed at all. I spent about 20-30 minutes trying on different bands to match the ring I was going to purchase & she was so helpful with what to pick, she gave me detailed info with prices & material of each ring & band she was showing me which honestly was amazing because I didn’t have to keep asking “what price is this” “what material is it made out of” “will it tarnish” she literally had all the answers & told me before I asked.

Availability of merchandise I was looking for.

I bought the bracelet for my sister. It was good but she lost one pie of his bracelets. I don't know that I can exchange or not.

Overall, employees were aware and tried to help the customers as fast as possible. Everyone working there is friendly and respectful. And the store itself was clean and it was supper easy to find the product that I was looking for.
