Every time I come to this store I’m BEYOND satisfied all the employees are helpful and so so sweet, I return to this Pandora every time ! Merritt F is the employee that I always want to help me she’s so so helpful and kind she gives me different options and looks to choose from leaving me with a amazing experience!

Everything is good!!

I came in to the store after having a very rough day. I came in looking for a little retail therapy. Merritt the sales associate was beyond helpful and understanding. She spent so much time with me helping to me to re-design my old bracelet and to design a new one. We tried at least 25 different combinations if not more, before finding the perfect combinations. She was so knowledgeable about the products and really listened to me. She quickly figured out what my style and preferences are and helped me find charms that perfectly fit me. I haven’t ever had that great of an experience at Pandora and probably one of the top 5 best shopping experiences of my life. I can’t express enough how wonderful Merritt was. She was professional, friendly, patient, extremely knowledgeable about the products available and super helpful. Thank you so much Merritt!

I had questions about a gold clasp Pandora bracelet that has a clasp that doesn't fit securely. Kathryn R at the Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento explained how to tighten the clasp. She also showed me a few new charms I asked to see and she told me about a new jewelry cleaner Pandora has for their silver & gold bracelets/charms. I was very excited & purchased it while i was there. I also was able to pick up a new Pandora booklet that I'm excited about. 1st time in this Pandora store & i will return. Excellent service & beautiful store. Kathryn R was very helpful, pleasant & knowledgeable & I would like her to be recognized for such.

I was greeted as soon as I walked into Pandora. I was given individual attention as viewed and looked at some of the new merchandise. I was informed of the current promotions.

My sales associate was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable on all of the products and extremely patient with me while I made my selections. She showed me all of the new merchandise and was excited about all of the products, which made me excited and wanted to purchase more!
