Vickie was so kind. She was well informed and gave me options on the charms that I already had. I wanred to start a charm bracelet, and I told her my favorite color and showed her the charms that I had. She paired up various charms together and showed me what type of charms would match with my bracelet.

I called in to buy 7 necklaces for my bridesmaids. Your salesperson, Merritt F, put 4 aside for me and had them ready when I got to the store. The plan was to purchase the other three online but it was sold out. The manager called nearby stores for me and placed the remaining ones I needed. Merritt also helped my decide on a gift for my mom. The necklace and options she gave me were beautiful! Great experience.

As a guy I’ve shipped for my wife’s Pandora for years. I like the selection and generally my store has availability. I wish Pandora would give customers an opportunity for a limited time, on a yearly basis, to see items from the “vault .” Instead of retiring charms forever bring them back over the years.
