My high satisfaction with my Pandora experience was completely due to the help I received from Kathryn R. (no. 108958 per receipt) I was there possibly to get a 60th birthday gift for my sister. Kathryn was knowledgeable of everything Pandora, pleasant, patient, and completely helped me in the selection and putting together of the perfect bracelet for my sister. It was quite a process as I wanted to put together a full bracelet of 7 charms. The final product was therefore amazing.

My experience with the Arden location was great. I first came in on Friday to buy my wife a gift and the girls were very pleasant and accommodating. I then returned with my wife to exchange the bracelet for a larger size and the exchange process was just as easy as the original purchase.

Leslie was very helpful and had great customer service all while multitasking and answering the phone on such a busy day she didn’t skip a beat.

They woman (merrit) who was walking helped out in many ways. She explained to use the different options for charm bracelets. She showed us several styles and talked about pros and cons. She had a high knowledge of the brackets and was very informative about maintainer and cleaning the items and what to do and what NOT to do

Store manager Kathryn was very helpful. She helped me pick out charms that went together. The whole sales staff was kind and made me feel wanted.
