I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because I was able to quickly exchange my ring for a smaller size with ease, and the sales associate remembered me! I thought the ladies were welcoming and I never felt rushed. I believe that Pandora makes it easy to return and make exchanges.

The manager was very nice friendly and Helpful. I would go back just to get help from her. She was not pushy

When I walked in I showed the sales associate the item I was looking for and she immediately recognized it. She also showed me other items similar to the one I showed. She packed the charm so that I could gift is as is.

The sales associate Ly was AMAZING! She had full knowledge of the merchandise inside the store as well as other stores in the area. She was able to help my mom & I reach a decision on what charms to buy. She was a great salesperson. She wasn't pushy at all. I felt like a valued customer. I was HIGHLY Satisfied with my visit!
