Got greeted and helped right as we walked in. Asked if they had a specific charm and they actually scanned and looked for it for us. Also got my older charms from an older bracelet cleaned and had no idea Pandora cleaned charms and all their jewelry for free. Very happy with how helpful the ladies were!!!!!
