Store was busy this night and they had a sign in list. They were still all friendly and paid each customer their full attention. They never seemed rushed or hurried.

I was able to find what I wanted. And the associate pointed out a deal to me that enabled me to take advantage of a better price on my overall purchase by treating myself to a new charm. And even though the store was busy, I was greeted almost immediately and directed to an associate as soon as one became available.
