I'm in the city of Sacramento and the store I went to was in Arden mall. I had no idea why I was looking for and the sales lady was fabulous! She helped me find everything. I went in thinking I was going to leave with one I ended up buying 5 charm bracelets. Thank u!!!

I received excellent customer service during this trip. Kathryn was very friendly and helpful. I was buying a bracelet for my sister and Kathryn helped me select the perfect charms. The service I received made me feel welcomed and due to the service I received I will definitely be going back.

The store was bright and welcoming, clean and organized. The sales person was new but she was very patient in showing me what I wanted, didn't pressure me or hurry me up even with other customers waiting.
