Returning a broken bracelet was very easy. I contacted the store to find out how best to do so. When I arrived, they quickly replaced my bracelet w/ a new one and gave me a new receipt for the new bracelet. Customer Service Rep was very friendly.

Friendly, helpful employee

I went in looking for a birthday gift. I wanted to get something in two tone. My sales associate handed me a catalogue with the two tones and was able to show me several charms.

The earrings that I bought are very beautiful. The shop staff is very friendly. Prices are available.
