I love pandora and have always had such a pleasant experience in the Arden Fair Mall store. I find the customer service to be superior to my previous experiences at the Galleria (Roseville) store, which I no longer frequent since the staff have been so much more friendly and courteous. I a truly appreciate that the Arden Fair staff always makes such a great effort to assist, even when you say you are just browsing. That is not common, and why I love this store. Today I had really only intended to purchase a charm or two, and walked out with 5 charms plus a new bracelet!

I love your products , the service, the easy exchange, and the people you have working at the arden fair store. I always send family, friends and customers to your store, as I work at macys in the same mall. Thank you for a wonderful products.

Once I came in, the representatives welcomed me and from there my magical experience began. Merritt was amazing and connected to my emotions and knew exactly what I was looking for.
