Good prices and great customer service.

Even though this was the now third time that this store hasn't had a bracelet in the largest size that I need, Oriana was able to call another store who had it in the next size down which should work. But she did this a couple days after I came in, via the telephone because I called to ask about a set, which she had to do some research on and call me back. But she almost remembered my difficult name after just helping me once, and then she remembered it and was able to guess that it was me on the phone.

Love Pandora jewelry. I am always greeted by someone when I enter, assistance is readily available and the associates super friendly with great knowledge of merchandise.

Vicky H was very helpful with my exchange, even offering a bead that was similar but sparkly, which I ended up going with. This was I think my 3rd visit to the store and I’ve had good experiences every time.

Even though it was the day before Mother's Day and I expected it to be busy, they had a sign in sheet, so I signed in and felt confident to browse and that I would be helped in the order that I came in. Elena, who helped me, didn't rush me at all, even though it was slightly busy, and I think I was her last customer of her shift; and lucky her, she got credit for opening a line of credit for me at the end. I've been avoiding Pandora because I knew that I'd end up hooked and boy, am I! I took 2 catalogs, one for me that I started circling my wish list items, and one to give to my son's dad which I'll circle the wish list items that he can get me on special occasions to add to my bracelet.

I love the worker who greeted me very pleasantly. She was so sweet and very nice. She even offered me a bottle of water. The lady that helped me with my puraches was also very nice and answered all my questions. I did last minute Mother’s day gift shopping, and I couldn’t have gone any other place. So happy with my purchase and can’t wait for my mom to see her gift.

The salesperson was very friendly. She took the time to show me different items and explain how to wear my bracelet. But, she didn’t try to sell me too much merchandise.
