I recently visited the Pandora Store at Arden Mall in Sacramento, California, and had a wonderful experience. I interacted with Kathryn, the Store Manager, and she was delightful: attentive, well-mannered, respectful of our time, knowledgeable. She was able to speak to the Disney line and discern "park exclusives" just from looking at the different charms I was looking for from my Shop Disney Parks app. I ultimately ended up purchasing the Shining Wish and Shimmering Wish rings. I was told by a Store Manager at another location that it would be really difficult to find two of the Wish rings in my size because they sell out so quickly. I was pleasantly surprised by the inventory and restocking system at the Arden location.

The store manager is really nice and knowledgable. She’s very welcoming. And she loves what she does.

I was welcomed and assisted upon walking into the store. I was assisted with every question I asked and did not ask which enticed me to purchase. I love how the sales associate educated my husband who has a brain injury on the jewelry she made both of our day. I will shop there every visit from Arkansas to Sacremento.

Upon entering the store we were greeted and were helped within minutes. We were looking for Disney charms and a bracelet. The lady that helped us was attentive and really made our experience enjoyable.

The friendliness of the salesperson. The manner in which salesperson engaged and explained the concept of Pandora. Lastly The store was very clean and well organized.
