I was exchanging the charm that my friend got me online (doesnt fit my bracelet) but instead of bringing the receipt I accidentaly brought the return label. The good thing is that the manager and the associate was very nice to accomodate my exchange even without the Reciept. Im very thankful for both ladies.

Quick easy always have what i need

I was not pressurized or felt like i need to rush during my experience, the associates were friendly and knowledgeable about their product and showed me many different options. I was asked questions and find what best fit my needs.

Associates were friendly. Well knowledge in the Pandora Charms. If a charm wasn't available they didn't try and suggest a different one. Didn't pressure to purchase other items.

He customer service Ly demonstrated was amazing. Her awareness of the company product was awesome. I had an awesome experience with her and she didn’t make me feel pressured or rushed for me to get anything but she took her time and demonstrated a great deal of patience while I was very indecisive about what merchandise I wanted to get. 5 stars to Ly at the Sacramento Arden pandora store. Very rare to see that’s type of customer service nowadays.

The Arden Fair store is always fun to visit, find new beads (that you had no idea you needed!) and talk with the sales associates, who are always so friendly.
