The sales associate was pleasant, recognized that I had a couple of retired charms, Once I decided on which charms to get the associate was helpful and put the charms on my bracelet. I am all about good customer service in where I select to shop. I will definately return in the future.

I bought this as a gift for my wife for Christmas and she loved it even cryed. The reason I decided to exchange for a different band was it was a little scratchy on her whrist. So, I decided to choose and more better one with and extender chain, and and she feel more in Love with it. Also, the service was suppurb!!!!
