The workers were extremely friendly and always had a smile on their faces. They offered chocolates and water and made me feel so comfortable. I came back two times to exchange the size of a ring I had purchased and they happily did it. Amazing people and an amazing store.

The associate was so helpful her name is Kathryn. Sometimes it is overwhelming with such wonderful choices. Kathryn helped me stay on budget and did the calculations to assure me that I was getting the best deal for my money.

This would be my 3rd visit to this store and I have received exceptional customer service each time. I am very impressed by the craftsmanship of the jewelry and also the professional customer service I receive from each employee. I usually prefer to online shop, but I am more than happy to come in store and purchase.

I like the jewelry at pandora because their pretty． The cashier is nice because she’s always patient． I like the bangles but if there were a smaller size I’ll be thankful．
