This is the second time that I have worked with Ly. She is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer all my questions. She knows her merchandise and has offered excellent suggestions. Also, her co-workers offer to help when necessary and I have noticed everyone who enters the store is greeted promptly, courteously and is assisted as quickly as possible. I also noted upon this visit that the checkout process has improved from some of my prior visits. Overall, I am extremely happy with my Pandora experience.

Both sales associates -Renee and Elena take the time to get to know their customers, which is really important when choosing jewelry that we wear every day and even has a meaning. This time Renee helped me, she immediately found the rings I was looking for and did everything to find the one in my size that was not on display. Last time Elena helped me with cleaning my Pandora jewelry, and did a wonderful job, we also had a great chat about how to stack Pandora rings. Thank you both!:)
