Customer service was really great :) came in to buy a bracelet and the employee was super nice and helped me out and answered all the questions I have :)

The adjustable bracelet was the last one so we couldn’t get two. We felt a little rushed and we couldn’t take out time to see everything. The charms were priced high and the ones for family wasn’t a big selection.

I was actually highly satisfied! Only thing is that probably because of excitement we forgot to ask for box and dust bag. We bought items but wore them out the store. I did go buy a charm 2 days later and they did end up giving me a dust bag for my bracelet. I was grateful for that…
