I loved my experience at pandora. Kind lady that helped me, her name was Christine. She was so kind enough to do her best in cleaning my jewelry plus showing me all that I wanted to look at.

The sales associate recommended a charm that my wife already had. I understood her to say it was new, but it was not. So I had to return to the store to exchange it.

I was not highly satisfied because I didn’t find what I wanted. I wanted to get the marvel infinity stone ring and they ran out even though online they said they still had one in my size available. The employee was super helpful with whatever I needed and tried to help in whatever way they could.

I was satisfied with the experience, but it was a bit crowded in the store. The person helping us did not seem to know enough, but someone else came up and helped her help us. Other than that is was a good experience.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. I think that the only reason I didn't mark "highly satisfied" may have been slightly influenced by Black Friday. (Though it was Saturday.) There was a bit of chaos, which is totally understandable, and the sales associate was nevertheless very attentive to me which I was pleasantly surprised by. There were just a few times when I felt like it was difficult to communicate (especially with COVID and masks + the plastic barrier) and I felt a bit of pressure to make a decision quickly.

In a previous visit, we were assisted by a really bright, customer-oriented person! This time however, we were not given the same experience. The employee Breann can do better at being attentive, and catering to customers. She wasn’t rude, but she also didn’t provide good customer service either. Seemed like she didn’t care about us! I’m sure she’ll be better in the future though. It takes time to learn how to provide good customer service!

I entered the store with only one other customer inside I was not greeted by the female staff standing around. Even standing directly across her I didn’t even get a glance. I only came in to purchase a bracelet since my husband bought me my first charm for my birthday. I considered leaving but my sale was saved by Rodrigo. He was very polite and professional. The other female staff just stood behind him and starred. I was uncomfortable. They made me feel like I was trying to steal or something or I was being judged by the way I looked. This may have no been the case but their customer service was absolute trash. So THANK YOU RODRIGO for saving my first experience inside a Pandora store.
