I one charm and one clips. I lost this clips on a second day after my purchase. I didn't even understand how it happened 😕

First thing in the morning there was only 1 associate to take care of customers. Not only was the wait long but I don't think this was safe.

Selections were very limited.

Upon arrival there was only one sales assistant and had to wait for another assistant to come from the back of the store.

Salesperson helpful. Not crowded this time because sometimes I have to wait a long time to be helped. Salesperson knowledgeable.

Services and products were satisfactory. Initially I received my jewelry as a gift, i personally would not buy this product as I can not afford these prices.

Need to have better inventory. Had to order my ring.

When we entered th store we were not greeted. I didn’t feel welcome from the moment we walked in.

Service was ok, not as friendly as in the past.

It would be really helpful if you had a sign of some sort notifying customers that we are not able to pay using our debit cards.
