I went in looking for some specific products to add to collection I had purchased in Hawaii for a friend, I was told they probably wouldn't have anything int that store to go with the collection and that I should go back to Hawaii to get it. HUH??? I found something close to what I liked and just got out of the store as fast as I could.

Normal Pandora store I liked my overall experience but it wasn’t wow Would likely return to store if had more offers

I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the sale associate was not as interested in speaking with me, yet more of the purchase. She would not ask how our day was and did not really show customer interest nor did she do "small talk". I wish she made conversation with me rather than me trying to make conversation and her being more quiet ( yet it is her choice, yet I feel it would be more polite to ask the customer how their day was).

In this pandora in my area the one out of two we have that i went to, they didn’t really exude the customer service gene. Next time i will drive a little farther for better service. But the ring quality was better than the one i ordered online

I've become a regular customer just in the past month, like I'm on the Pandora crack, but this time when I purchased my charms to receive the promotional bracelet, there was only one left in my size, and due to a previous bangle clasp being defunct, I had the salesperson double check this one (which she fortunately said that she always does), and it wasn't working right either. But thankfully she said that there was another bracelet that she could substitute for it, and it was beautiful. But I was also waiting for another bracelet with the affection charm from the Essence collection to come in, and they still did not have that. I would expect the store to be fully stocked, especially on their promotional deals. They're loosing out on sales by not being so, I would've bought it last time if they had it.

I was very satisfied with the friendliness of the associates. it took us a little time to be helped but once we were the process went quickly. Our sales associate was very friendly and helpful.
