I was still seeing if I like the bracelet with rose gold and another charm thaf I had but I felt rushed and she wanted my boyfriend to pay as soon as possible. Even when I was saying to wait bc I didn’t like one of the charms she just ignored me and wanted to pay.

I tried buying the new line of charms and was told there was a special “set” promo SO I was going to buy 2 sets. In mine I picked out a bunch of extra charms and the other, a gift, just the basic set. After all that, the sales girl was wandering around quite a while before telling me the store dissident even have have the spacers! The machine to run my card was apparently low on batteries? That took forever and she finally got a new one so the transaction went through. When asking to see spacers for a traditional bracelet (a gift) it was a little difficult to get many options. Everything took way too long also even though I finally said I was running late for a dinner engagement.

When my boyfriend and I entered the store, we were not assisted right away. There were no other customers inside the store, which shocked us that we weren't helped. In addition, Ly and Leslie at Arden Fair in Sacramento, continued to have their side conversation, rather than stepping out of the cashier area to assist us. After about 10-15 minutes of roaming around the store, they finally decided to ask us if we needed assistance. We found it utterly disturbing how they didn't care for their customers, but rather, continued to speak amongst themselves.

Had to wait for a while only one sales person in the store. And they couldn't find two of the items I came looking for. But in their defence the store was in a tempore location

The lack of charms related to the city or state. Seemed to be limited on charms related to travel . Not real pleased with the selection of family charms. Employees in the store were polite and knowledgeable

I was not allowed to redeem a coupon for a free ring or earrings issued to me from this store. I was told the coupon had the incorrect date because of an error on the company's part. I shared that I came into the store because of this coupon and the fact that there was a typo is not my fault. I kindly asked the manager to honor it; however, she respectfully declined and said that it could not be redeemed with the current Fall promotion. The coupon did not state this so I was not convinced; however, the manager reported she needed to follow the company policy.
