Sales associate was not interested helping us was forced because we were next attitude not accommodating charms at least 10 of them not available to purchase we consolidated with 2 we really did not want but bought them anyways

This comment is about a visit to the same store with same staff 2 days later. I had to wait 45 minutes before I was assisted. The staff had acknowledged me and let me know they would assist me as soon as they can. The other customers waiting were told that I was ahead of them and that they will assisted in the order of who was there first. I told them that I needed to clean my jewelry. I waited patiently and kept myself busy on phone but when I looked up I saw that 2 customers that came in the store after me were assisted before I was assisted. I am not sure if this was due to the fact that I was not there to buy something that day. I was just in the store 2 days earlier and made a purchase. I was considering purchasing something else; however, the long wait and the service was very frustrating and disappointing to me and turned me off to shopping completely. The staff that cleaned my jewelry thanked me for waiting so patiently but no apologies. I honestly do not see myself going back to make a purchase from this store regardless of how much I love Pandora jewelry.

Sales associate was friendly, she was patient as well, I appreciate her help even she forgot to apply the credit card 10% off on my order. But manager’s action was not appreciated. I asked her if I wanted to add something else if she could honor 10% on the same order she said no. Ok then I asked her to show me 3 items that way I will get the 50% off discount. She said no I can’t do that because there was still one item they don’t have in stock. Ok I get it no need to be MEAN.

The sales representatives were not honest about the "last call' items. I was told that Saturday was the last day to purchase the soon to be discontinued items as they were leaving the store on Sunday. I returned a few days later for additional purchases only to find the same "last call" items still there. I was told that they were leaving the next day just so the sales representatives could make the sale. I do not appreciate dishonesty.

I came into the store with the purpose of buying a specific gift. The associate that helped me was not at all friendly. I felt as if the associate thought I could not afford the pieces or something. The associate spoke in very stern short replies. Did not smile nor seem friendly. Did not offer suggestions or insight. Associate seemed annoyed. I felt very unwelcomed and uncomfortable. This was my second time entering this particular store, and both times, i was treated similarly. I bought the gifts, but i will not be returning.

I purchased a chain for my 3 year old daughter. There was a promotion that you can get my daughter chain free if spent 130. I was willing to spend 130 if they were willing to return and resale daughter chain for promotion. But the lady assisting us and manager Jennifer was unwilling to do promotion. Only willing to sell me $130 worth of product. Just to get another chain free that my daughter already had. Their reasoning was due to my daughter already wearing it. Which was stupid. I was willing to keep my daughter chain, just wanted to take advantage of promotion. So now I have 2 of my daughters chains. 1 “new” and 1 used, due to manager unwillingness.

I received a bracelet as a gift. I already have one so I wanted to return it. When I went to the store to return it was past the 90-day return window so the only option I was given was to get store credit for THE LOWEST SALE PRICE of the item - not the amount my husband paid, even though I had a receipt. That ended up being only about 60% of what he paid. I understand why you don't offer refund past 30 days, but to essentially steal money from a customer like that when they have a receipt and can prove how much was paid for an item? Ridiculous! We will never purchase anything from Pandora again - and I caution anyone thinking about doing so - especially as a gift when the recipient may have little control over the 30-day window expiring. Shady.

Ordered 3 charms on line for store pickup on 11/30/21. 1 from the Roseville Galleria Mall at 30% off and the other 2 at Arden Fair Mall at 30% off as well. Picked up the Roseville charm on 12/3 as advertised. The other 2 at Arden were put back in stock on 12/2 and I had to pay regular price. Store manager Jenn Ball at Arden said there was nothing she could and I was SOL(not her exact words). How is it that the Roseville store held the charm for 3 days and the Arden store only 2 days when they were purchased at the same time on the same credit card, etc???? If it weren't for the fact that my wife asked specifically for the Arden charms I would have just walked away, never to come back to that store again. Needless to say, I walked out of the Arden store $50 lighter. Fortunately, I called Corporate and spoke to Jordan Kreager who did all he could to rectify the situation. I will be returning the Arden charms next week when I return back to Sacramento.
