Breann was very rude and rushed me through my sale. She let me know several times during me picking out what bracelet I needed to hurry up and wrap it up because the store was closed. Her tone and body language were very impatient and as if I was an annoyance to her day. No one should come into any store they enjoy being in and be treated with such disrespect and as if they were a bother. She was also rude to her co- worker that she was working with, when the associate asked her questions her facial expressions showed to be displeased. She need to be let go because clearly she does not love her job.

The employee, Gracee, at the Sacramento Arden location was not very helpful in what I wanted. She seemed disinterested in her job in trying to help people look at jewelry. Her tone of voice was very unwelcoming and I did not want to give her the commission that she should have. The last time I came here, they brought out new rings from the back and she just gave me the ones out on display. I don’t want something that multiple people have tried on, especially during covid. I get that it’s sanitized but if I’m buying a birthday gift, I would want it to be new. For this reason, I returned my item, hoping I can order it online instead.

I was totally disappointed & disgusted by how my issue was handled on line and in store. I have own pandora products for many years brought them all over the world. This experience with the store and on line has made me totally change how I will use my consumers dollars in the future. Not with Pandora!!!

The salesperson Breann shouldn’t work in customer service if she wouldn’t even try to accommodate her customer accordingly. It’s Mother’s Day and she didn’t even bag our purchase properly. How are we going to feel special on this day if she didn’t even offer a bag? She also had the audacity to tell that it will take one hour to clean my bracelet. I finished my transaction with her and was helped my Mia. She was excelllent. She cleaned my bracelet and we bought my daughter a new bracelet and charm from her.

I had 2 survey codes for $10 off and the manager refused to use both even though more than $100 was spent. Rules does not state that 2 coupons cannot be combined
