My visit was a pleasure. Brittany was great! I was able to get what I wanted and more.

Brittany was very helpful with helping add to my collection. She was very informative and informed me of all current sales promotion And share the gift sets that were Available and would be great addition to my Disney collection.

We had great customer service. The lady was friendly, kind and knowledgeable.

I was highly satisfied with the customer service given to me. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the store and was asked if I needed any help finding anything, even when I declined at first, my salesperson, Pressley R, continued to check in with me to make sure I was still doing ok and would answer any questions I had. She also continued to go above and beyond to helping me find whatever I needed in store. Great experience, great products, I definitely will be back!

I am highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because of the customer service I received during my recent visit at Pandora. The sales associate Christine M. was amazing because she took her time to be sure I was satisfied with what I chose to purchase. She was also very knowledgeable about the Pandora products, and she showed pride in Pandora jewelry. Christine M. used her own jewelry which she wore to showcase the beauty of Pandora jewelry and ultimately, it helped me make my decision to purchase that day. I would also like to thank Jenn D. and Delilah M. for the great service I received on 7/12/21 which I was unable to rate due to a glitch in the system. They are the reason I returned to the Pandora at the Arden location.

The sales associate was super helpful and friendly. She had no problem helping us out with styles and sizes as well as helping answer all our questions. the store was vey clean with a large variety.

I have never been to Pandora and my first visit was an excellent experience. My sales associate was terrific and helped me find everything I wanted. She was lovely and was able to get me everything I wanted. The store was immaculate and had a lot to choose from. The store was not packed so I was able to get through but it was an amazing experience and will be back very soon.
