I love this Pandora store. They were out of one of the charms I wanted…bummer! I still love what I purchased though!

The sales rep that helped me was very knowledgeable she helped me make great decisions i went in for one charm and left with 3 I was extremely extremely satisfied and will be back soon!

I came in to purchase a Pandora Moments bracelet for my mothers birthday. I was greeted by Jennifer and another young lady, who helped my friend and I every step of the way. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable. I didn't catch the other young lady's name but she too was extremely helpful. i will be back to this exact location.

Customer service was great. They were really friendly and helped me pick the right charm. As well they clean my bracelet before I even asked which was great.

I initially went into the store for a return and an exchange. I was happy that what I needed was in stock and returning the other item was easy. I ended purchasing 2 charms for my step daughter as a gift which she adored. I will be returning if not ordering online.

Every time I go into the store I am always happy and greeted when I come in. I have had a couple of ladies that has helped me throughout the years I have came into the store. They all have left the store now but none the less you always have a pleasant staff that goes above and beyond to help you. Every moment in the store they show you the perfect things to go on your bracelet etc.Thank you very much for having the staff you have.

The girls who were there were very personable. I liked the attention they were able to give me. There were patient and it made for a pleasant experience. Great selection of charms to choose from. Appreciated the promo of buy2, get 1 free.
