Diana was so kind, such a sweetheart, she gave me just what I was looking for and introduced me to the new collections pandora came out with this year, I loved them!

The salesperson knew the product I was looking for from my verbal description. Made sure I have the proper size and then fully explained the policy of exchanging it should it not be the right size once I put all my charms on it.

I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and Kaya the sales associate knew exactly where to get the item and assisted me with trying on my purchase.

Customer service was phenomenal. Very friendly environment, didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything and the team was extremely patient and polite. Diana helped me out so much in picking something because I was so indecisive and thank her and the pandora team for all their hard work and service.
