I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted. When I came in I was instantly greeted and instantly given a slew of options and specific charms that met my needs. I came out with the most beautiful bracelet, I am so happy.

There was no wait time and the item I was looking for the saleswoman knew exactly what and where to find it. She did offer several tones and even was able to engrave it for me. Was very satisfied.
