The sales associates and the manager we very pleasant. They are patient and kind. I had 34 charms that needed to be cleaned and two bracelets. They removed every charm and polished them before cleaning them, re-organized my bracelets, and recommended what my next purchase should be. I also had to exchange a bangle that I had recently purchased.

They were very friendly, courteous and professional and helped me put together exactly what I needed and was looking for.
