I'm highly satisfied with my visit. I mostly went to see if I could replace 2 of my charms which had been damaged. Not only did I replace the charms, but I also bought some new charms. The whole time the sale associate was extremely helpful and nice. She was attentive and very knowledgeable. Overall, the experience was great I will definitely come back soon !!!!
