I took my bracelet to be cleaned & I taught that the lock was broken. The lock was not broken: i was shown the way to open & close the lock.

Tashi who helped me was so nice. She helped me pick out some jewelry that compliments me. She never pressured me to buy anything and she was honest and so sweet. She took her time to help me find pieces that i really love. She also answered any questions i had. Ill definitely be coming back :)
