The way the customer service reps greeted when I entered into the store was very professional. She also explained the merchandise and offer other pieces to go along with the necklace I purchased for my daughter's 34th birthday.

The visit was fast I was able to purchase what I was looking for and even purchased a sale item. I was in and out very quickly sales associate was very helpful and quick finding the item I was looking for.
