The store representative was very patient friendly and knowledgeable of all the products I asked about she also helped rearrange my bracelet and charms making the bracelet look less thrown together

Received a phone call that new charms and rings would be available and I set an appointment to view them. I made my selection and shared pictures with my friend of the Winter/Christmas charms. The following day I went in to pick up my reserved pieces and pick up a similar order for my friend. As always, the service was exceptional.

everyone was really nice and professional. the man helping us knew everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. he also pointed out lots of different cute options.

I was greeted by 2 sales clecks before I was thur the doorway. I had seen halloween on line however I did not like the vampire and Kathleen showed me some other charms . my bracelet. She then showed bracelets that were free, she cared about building my bracelet. I'll be back and tell others that they care

I am new to the Pandora line. I received my first charm for Mother's Day. Needing a bracelet brought me in to the store. I was immediately greeted by Kathleen and she was just wonderful. She listened and presented options until I had exactly what I wanted. She exhibits enthusiasm about the product line which automatically draws you in. Very good first experience at Pandora.
