Great costumer service and helped me decide on charms for my bracelet

Very professional. Exceed expectations. Great customer service.

Associate was patient with me while trying to find new beads for my mothers bracelet. I came in for two specific ones she wanted and all others I suggested were unavailable as well. She worked with me and patiently suggested lots of options/suggestions.

The sales rep was very nice and compassionate and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the items that I purchased. The store was stocked very well and had many charms to chose from.

Received a call letting me know new charms were coming in and today they were available. Also wanted a new ME charm that I saw in an email and it was in stock. Took advantage of the 30% off sale while in store.

The staff were friendly, courtesy, and knowledgeable. As I entered storw I was acknowledge and greeted by staff. I was able to exchange my item that I recieved for Christmas which was a duplicate of another gift I had already recieved with something that held meaning to my bracelet.
