Friendly sales staff Knowing about the product Cleanliness of the store

As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted with a smile. One associate was helping another family so the other walked towards me and immediately asked how she could help. She was kind the entire time and help with exactly what I needed. I wish I could remember her name.

Received a call about the bracelet sale. Been wanting to go in to see the new charms so this was a double pleasure for me! I was surprised at the wide selection of bracelets included in the sale.
