Young Sales gal was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and encouraging! The store was clean, bright and full of fun, almost magical pandora “charms”. I went in for one new charm and came out with five plus a bracelet!

Kathleen instantly knew the proper size bracelet to fit my wrist and was very helpful in suggesting a clip to keep charms secure on the bracelet. she was very knowledgeable about the charms and selection was fantastic.
