Samantha in the Fairview Heights Illinois store was knowledgeable, kind, patient and she did a awesome job. This was my first experience at Pandora, I was there buying my best friend a birthday gift and it was fun.

Love it when you have a pre sale for credit card holders. I looked online for my wish list of items. As usual found other items based on sales person recommendations.

I was highly satisfied with my visit because they had all the charms I wanted in the store. The sales associate was awesome and she was patient with me! I loved how she recommended certain things and she cleaned my pandora extremely well.

Found a variety of new spring charms and a bracelet to highlight them. Pansy’s are a favorite of mine and butterflies are special between me and my niece so new charms hit a home run with me. Found charms for me, my niece and best friend. Then, saw the newer birthstones and bought a couple, one for me and one as a gift.
