Came into the store due to a visit last year and was misinformed about store exchange. The young lady that help me knows the policy and was very helpful, she made me feel at ease about my purchase. Aureole W did a great job with me!

I was highly satisfied with my visit at Pandora because of the clean environment I had walked into. There was nothing left out like sanitizer, towels, it was a clean environment whenever I was looking for my gift as well. The employee who helped me was super nice and made sure to let me know that the charm I saw online would be a different pigment than it was in store, but I was so overly pleased.

The sales associate was very nice and patient. She cleaned my other bracelets and charms and helped me pick out charms for myself and for my daughter for her birthday which was the reason I can into the store. She also helped me pick the size bracelet for my daughter and suggested other charms she may like according to what I told her.
