I was very satisfied with my service at the Fairview Heights pandora store. Samantha ( my associate) was very helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise. She also was very friendly and suggested different types of merchandise.

Kathleen was EXCELLENT!!! Very Knowledgeable, Kind, Customer Friendly. She would be the reason i would return. I was there purchasing a birthday gift and she knew my friend who i was purchasing the gift (she is a frequent customer) and knew her taste and suggested the perfect gift for her. Knowing the customers that patronizes you is the Best customer service you can ask for.
