Sales woman helped me by showing me different charms. She never pressured me into buying, but she would suggest charms I might like to add to my bracelet.

The store had the items I was looking for available. The sale was for in store as well as online. It is very frustrating when sales are for online only. I like to shop in my local stores as often as possible to keep them open. Ashlei was very friendly and helpful.
