Had the opportunity to speak with Daniella on the phone before my visit. Met with Amy K. as a customer service representative. She was very knowledgeable and eager to assist me. She suggested different charms for the new bracelet. She was super attentive to what I was looking for and provided a great choice of charms to decorate the bracelet. Daniella and Amy asked if I was military and offered a discount for the transation. I was very pleased that it was offered. My gift was for my anniversary so Amy also asked if I would like the box wrapped, which she did. Very good customer service! I happened upon the store on accident and I am pleasantly happy with the service and product. Thank you to both ladies!
