I particularly like the knowledge and courtesy of the salesperson. She was able to quickly assist me in finding exactly what I wanted. She had also informed me about my jewelry's warranty and additional services available as well as current promotional offers.

My sales associate was really helpful and patient with me.She told me about an item that really made my day. I will definitely be going back when they call to let me know that they have another charm in stock that I want.

I love the quailty of the products. They have so many beautiful options and colors. Ill be glad to come back in the nest 30-90 days.

The Pandora associate, Enrique, that helped me during my visit was incredibly friendly and knew exactly what merchandise to show me. He was immediately helpful once I set foot in the store and started by showing me the latest Pandora charms. He also let me know to be on the lookout for new charms around April. He even suggested that I could use the new crystal charms as a sort of Kyber crystal charm to pair with the BB-8 charm I was wearing from the Star Wars collection.
