The sales associate was courteous and very knowledgeable about the materials or jewelry. All needed information was provided about the jewelry and opening an account with Pandora. Other information was provided about the care of the bracelet or jewelry.

They allowed me to exchange my ring very easily. I came in without a receipt and they quickly pulled it up and got my receipt

the sales associate was very helpful. Was knowledgeable when I described what I was hoping to purchase. Even willing to try it on for me so I could tell the length since this was a gift.

I was highly satisfied with my associate that I had her name is airelle I was getting a Pandora bracelet for my mom and she walked me all the way through from the braclet to each charm and she was so nice and down to earth while doing so definitely coming back to get one for myself
