The sales associate was super friendly and kind when my friend and I walked in. She helped us find rings that fit and were within the style we were looking for, I really appreciated the time and effort she took to help us even with our questions.

Sales associate was very knowledgeable about the products and made fabulous recommendations for alternate items based on my interests.

The store was very clean the sales assistant was very nice she new all about the merchandise I was looking for I purchase eight pieces very satisfied

Enrique was the absolute beat. Isn’t have the exact charm I was looking for but found one that was even better for my daughter n law that is pregnant. He told me to bring in the bracelets that I have and he would help me arrange them between my four to help with the overlapping of my dangle charms. He was very enthusiastic about it and I could tell he loves what he does. I will definitely have to call the store and set a time with him that we can get that done. Even behind the mask you could see his smile. He is a great team member for Pandora!

I mostly visit the Fairview Heights Illinois store ana they aways make me feel welcome and appreciated. They Never makes me feel like they are rushing me even when I'm undecided on what I want. Thanks for that. Customer Service is very important to me and I Must Say it has been Great every time. D. Granger
