I was highly satisfied with my visit because the two employees were very friendly and helpful with the exchange of my bracelet for a larger size. They made sure that all my charms would fit on the New bracelet and that it would close securely and fit my wrist. They both made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.

I came in to buy my sister a bracelet for her 55th birthday. They had the bracelet I was looking for but not the charm. Danielle asked me a couple questions about my sister and ended up picking out a better charm than I had originally came in for.
