My mom and I stopped by the store just to look and we were approached by a salesperson right away. Venise was a very friendly and sweet girl. She helped us find a charm and has a checked out very quickly. She then offered to clean my bracelet while i was shopping and when i picked it up it looked beautiful! Thank you Venise for making this a great experience!!

My fiancé and I were shopping for my companion ring and were happily greeted by Kathleen K No. 184052 upon arrival. I showed her a screenshot of the ring i wanted, which she quickly found. I am in between a 4 and a 4.5 and she gave me wonderful advice as to which one to go with. She offered (and succeeded to upsell--go Kathleen!) the cleaning kit which I am also very pleased with. She made the perfect amount of smalltalk, congratulated us on our upcoming wedding, and just made for a very pleasant shopping experience.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the merchandise included in the sale and what items that were available for purchase so I could benefit from the sale.

Kathleen was the sales associate that helped me today and I cannot say enough great things about her! She was extremely sweet and patient with me. I spent at least 2 1/2 hours in the store today and she made sure I was completely happy with my purchase!! She helped me pick out different charms for my bracelets and she would put a bracelet together with the charms that I already had and then we would pick out different charms and she would redo the bracelet for me to see. She was wonderful!! I have experienced sales associates who would just tell you what they thought you wanted to hear. Not Kathleen. She was honest and very knowledgeable about the charms and bracelets. Also the staff that was there with her today was very helpful. She had to call a few different stores trying to locate a few charms that I wanted and the girls helped her with that. I highly recommend the Fairview Heights store and Kathleen!
