Victoria W No. 170938 was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, patient, and just a great rep for the store. My greatest concern is this location only does towel cleanings and do not put the jewelry in the cleaning machine. This is no reflection on Victoria because I believe this a decision made for the store by management. All Pandora store locations should fully service their customers. This location will probably lose clients because the towel cleanings don't last as long as the machine cleanings. You will probably also lose great reps who want to help customers and enjoy seeing their customers completely satisfied. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give Victoria 100+. Not offering full cleaning service for PANDORA jewelry, I give the store and management 0.
